Marantz knows that not every room can support a huge home theater receiver. That’s why they created the NR1711. This slimline, 8K-compatible receiver can power up to seven speakers at the same time, yet fits into spaces where a conventional receiver may be too tall.

Use it to power your 5.1.2-channel Dolby Atmos system. Or go with a 5.1-channel setup, and power an additional pair of speakers in another room at the same time.

Fresh features for 2020
Last year’s lineup of Marantz slimline home theater receivers was quite popular with our customers. 2020 brings even more features to the table, including 8K video upscaling, Bluetooth transmission to headphones, and enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC), which lets you pass full-resolution surround sound signals from your TV to your receiver.

Plenty of power under the hood
The NR1711 uses a high-current, discrete power amplifier for each of its seven channels. So while 50 watts per channel may not sound like a lot on paper, this receiver has plenty of horsepower to drive most small- to medium-sized speakers with ease.

The NR1711 isn’t just a great choice for watching movies — it’s lot of fun with music, too.

Stream tunes from your phone or tablet through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Apple AirPlay 2. Or, use the built-in phono input for your turntable. You can even play high-resolution tracks from a USB drive or networked computer.

Expand your system with HEOS Built-in
HEOS Built-in technology lets you access all kinds of different content through the NR1711. Listen to internet radio stations, or to popular streaming services like Pandora®, Spotify®, and TIDAL.

The NR1711 includes Audyssey MultEQ® — one of the industry’s best room-correction platforms.

Audyssey measures the acoustics of your room with the included microphone, and then fine-tunes the output of your system to best match the unique sonic characteristics of your space. The resulting sound is clear, smooth, and ultra-detailed, with tight bass and impactful dynamics.
